Full Journal pdf1994-05-07 House Journal Page 4111 HB 180 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4098) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 180 am "An Act relating to the residential housing inspection requirements of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 180(RLS) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 180 am, thus adopting SCS HB 180(RLS), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 180 am?" The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS HB 180(RLS) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
